Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure: full refund (minus deposit).

Cancellations made less than 30 days: partial refund depending on hotel and transport policies.

No refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to hold valid passports, visas, and other required documents.

Shumail’s Travel will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for visa denials.

Accommodation & Transport

Hotels listed in packages are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives will be provided when necessary.

Transport services are arranged with reliable partners; Shumail’s Travel is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Health & Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.

Shumail’s Travel provides insurance options but recommends all travelers carry personal health insurance.

Liability

Shumail’s Travel is not responsible for losses due to strikes, natural disasters, political issues, or force majeure.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
